Update as of 25AUG14: THAI Proposed W14 International Service Changes

During the week of 25AUG14’s OAG Schedules Analyser update, THAI has filed proposed Winter 2014/15 schedule, effective 26OCT14. Note the following changes has been reflected in the OAG, but not in the GDS at time this post goes to press. Therefore following listed changes may not be materialized.

Bangkok – Bangalore Airbus A330-300 replaces Boeing 777-200ER, 1 daily
Bangkok – Brussels eff 14DEC14 1 of 4 weekly service operates with 777-200ER instead of -300ER
Bangkok – Colombo eff 01MAR15 Service reduces from 1 daily to 5 weekly, A320 service
Bangkok – Dusseldorf eff 01DEC14 Service resumption with 4 weekly 747-400 (Previously reported on Airline Route)
Bangkok – Frankfurt Proposed schedule sees TG922/923 operates with 747-400 on daily basis, instead of 6 weekly A340-600 (Overall 1 daily each A380 and 747-400)
Bangkok – Gaya – Varanasi – Bangkok Airbus A320 replaces Boeing 737-400
Bangkok – Ho Chi Minh TG550/551 morning service continues to be operated by Airbus A320
Bangkok – Jakarta eff 16DEC14 TG435/436 service to be reduced from 1 daily A330 to 3 weekly A320 (No operations from 26OCT14 to 15DEC14 in proposed schedule)
Bangkok – Kolkata Airbus A330-300 replaces Boeing 777-200ER, 1 daily
Bangkok – Madrid Increase from 3 to 4 weekly, 777-200ER service
Bangkok – Milan Malpensa Airbus A340-600 replaces 747-400, 3 weekly
Bangkok – Mumbai Boeing 777-200ER replaces 747-400, 1 daily (777-300 operates on Day x6 from 01DEC14 to 31DEC14)
Bangkok – Osaka Kansai Proposed schedule shows 1 daily A380 and 1 daily A330
Bangkok – Penang Airbus A320 operates 1 daily, replacing 737-400
Bangkok – Seoul Incheon – Los Angeles 4 weekly service proposed to be operated by Boeing 777-300ER, instead of -200ER
Bangkok – Sydney Proposed schedule sees 10 weekly 777-300 (and/or -300ER) operating, cancellation of First Class service (Currently displays 7 weekly 747-400 and 3 weekly 777-300)
Bangkok – Tokyo Haneda TG682/683 to be operated by Airbus A340-600 instead of 747-400 (Overall 1 daily each A340 and 747-400)
Phuket – Seoul Incheon Service operates 5 weekly from 01JAN15 to 28FEB15 only (Remainder 3 weekly)
