South African Airways adds A350 New York flights from Jan 2020

South African Airways in last Friday’s schedule update filed changes for Johannesburg – New York JFK route, with the introduction of Airbus A350-900XWB aircraft on this route. The carrier’s A350 has been operating Johannesburg – Cape Town service since late-December 2019, and will begin serving New York starting today (20JAN20), replacing A340-600.
