Saudia Airlines launches seasonal operation connecting Cyprus and Saudi Arabia

This summer, Saudia Airlines becomes a frequent visitor to Larnaka International Airport, introducing a new direct route to Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The airline will operate three weekly flights between Larnaka (LCA) and Riyadh (RUH) until September, and this new route offers a convenient travel option for both leisure and business travellers, primarily supporting the increased tourism demand for the island of Cyprus during the summer season. Data indicates that over 17,000 passengers travel between Cyprus and Saudi Arabia annually through indirect routes.
The addition of Riyadh to Larnaka’s growing list of direct destinations reflects the rising demand for travel between the Eastern Mediterranean and the Gulf region.
