Traffic up 2.9% in November
Airlines continue to achieve higher seat load factors
Malta International Airport hosted more than a quarter of a million passengers last month.
In total, the airport welcomed 256,305 passengers in November, marking a 2.9 per cent increase compared to the same month last year.
The rise in passenger numbers was largely due to a record seat load factor of 80.4 per cent, up from 76.4 per cent last November.
Between January and November this year, Malta International Airport saw an increase of 6.5 per cent when compared to last year’s figures, hosting a total of 4,063,836 passengers.
