Jet2 announces Reus as brand-new new and exclusive destination for Summer 2027 from Bournemouth Airport
Jet2 has today announced a brand-new destination for Summer 2027 from Bournemouth Airport, with flights and holidays going on sale for the first time to Reus.
In response to demand from customers wanting to book early, who know that the best rooms in the best hotels in the best resorts get booked up, the UK’s favourite airline and tour operator have introduced a new route to the Spanish city from Bournemouth Airport. This route is exclusive to Jet2 from the airport.
Jet2 will operate new weekly Sunday services to Reus from Bournemouth Airport from 2nd May to 31st October 2027,offering holidaymakers in the region the opportunity to discover the Costa Dorada and experience the resort’s lively towns alongside Catalan culture and beautiful beaches.
With a whooping 50 miles of coastline, the Costa Dorada offers the classic beach holiday and suits all tastes. Taking centre stage is the ever-popular resort of Salou with its Blue Flag strips and a string of attractions. Then there is the world-famous theme park, PortAventura World, pulling in the crowds for its unforgettable rides, spectacular shows and thrilling entertainment for all ages. Good old-fashioned fun is on the menu in Salou’s neighbour’s, Cap Salou and La Pineda, while Cambrils ticks the box for a sophisticated stay with a traditional twist. For those looking for culture, there is also the cities of Tarragona and Reus just waiting to be explored.
The addition of Reus means Jet2 will operate to nine Spanish destinations next year, and the new route comes just weeks after the company celebrated its first anniversary of operating award-winning flights and holidays from Bournemouth Airport.
As a result of the expansion, Jet2 will operate to 18 destinations from Bournemouth Airport for Summer 2027.
