Start your journey to the sun with over 40 nonstop destinations

From the end of October, Nuremberg Airport will take off with a particularly diverse winter flight schedule: Over 40 non-stop destinations are available – including a record-breaking range of flights to Egypt with Sharm El-Sheikh as a new destination.

Especially when the days get shorter and colder here, Egypt and the Red Sea offer the perfect escape: turquoise waters, stunning beaches, fascinating underwater worlds, and luxurious resorts. From Nuremberg, Marabu , Corendon Airlines , Eurowings , and Air Cairo offer flights to Hurghada , Marsa Alam , and, starting November 4th, to Sharm el-Sheikh – with up to 20 weekly departures to Hurghada, more frequent than ever before in winter.

Besides the Spanish classics Mallorca and the Canary Islands, the Iberian Peninsula itself also offers attractive autumn and winter destinations: Ryanair flies to Alicante , Malaga , Seville , and Valencia , while Vueling offers flights to Barcelona . Bari  and Palermo  in Italy and Thessaloniki in Greece entice visitors with their mild Mediterranean climate . SunExpress, Freebird, Corendon, and Pegasus also fly to the Turkish holiday paradise of Antalya in winter . A special winter tip for hiking and nature lovers: the evergreen islands of Madeira  and Faro  in Portugal.

The winter flight schedule also offers highlights for city breaks: For Christmas shopping, you can fly to London  with Ryanair and British Airways, to Paris  three times a day with Air France, and to Amsterdam  with KLM. Budapest , Belgrade  , and Istanbul  are also good options for picking up the perfect little gifts for loved ones.

The Eastern Europe program has also been significantly expanded: Wizz Air flies to five destinations in Romania alone – new additions include Timișoara and Brașov from October 13th. Further destinations in Moldova, North Macedonia, Lithuania and Bulgaria are also served from Nuremberg.
