HK Express Delays Myanmar Launch to Sep 2016

Due to regulatory approval issues, Hong Kong Express is delaying planned service launch to Myanmar by over 6 months. The airline previously planned to begin 4 weekly Yangon service from 17FEB16 and 2 weekly to Mandalay from 21FEB16.
