Airport Experience Summit 2025 – Shaping the Future of the Passenger Journey
Inspiring innovation and global connections to elevate Cam Ranh International Terminal towards the 5-Star Skytrax standard.
Held from September 8–11, 2025, the Airport Experience Summit 2025 took place in Guangzhou, China, hosted by Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. The summit brought together senior leaders, international experts, and leading aviation enterprises worldwide to share new trends in enhancing quality and redefining the passenger journey at airports.
With the goal of achieving the Skytrax 5-Star certification for Cam Ranh International Terminal, the CRTC delegation regarded this summit as an opportunity to learn from global experience and explore creative ideas to deliver a distinctive passenger experience. Over four days, the delegation participated in key activities ranging from ACI’s strategic workshops on smart journey technologies, panel discussions on airport services and retail, to the international exhibition showcasing pioneering solutions such as smart security, AI, biometrics, and interactive digital spaces.
Notably, within the framework of the summit, the CRTC delegation took part in the ASQ Training Program and the Moment Factory Workshop. CRTC proactively presented and discussed real operational challenges while receiving valuable feedback from international partners. This serves as an important foundation for CRTC to further improve service quality and move closer to Skytrax evaluation standards.
The experiences gained at the summit not only expand CRTC’s international network but also lay the groundwork for key projects, including the implementation of self-service technologies, the integration of digital art into airport spaces, and the creation of a seamless passenger journey.
