Dublin Airport January Monthly Update

Our latest monthly update showcases a milestone year for Dublin Airport, with 2025 closing out on a strong note and setting the pace for continued growth in 2026. Passenger numbers reached 36.43 million for the year, marking a 5.1% increase on 2024 and reinforcing Dublin Airport’s position as one of Europe’s most dynamic aviation hubs.

We saw consistent demand throughout the year, with an average load factor of 84%. Seat capacity also climbed, rising by 2.5 million seats to reach a total of 43.4 million. This growth was supported by new airline launches, increased frequencies across key routes, and continued expansion from existing carriers. 

Key highlights from 2025 include:

• 7 million transfer passengers
• 215 days with 100,000+ passengers
• December was the fastest‑growing month with 7m passengers
• 97% cleared security in under 20 minutes
