BER saw almost 2.37 million travellers in July
Around 394,000 passengers on the first holiday weekend
In July 2025, almost 2.37 million travellers used Berlin Brandenburg Airport. This corresponds to a slight increase of 0.25 per cent when compared to the same period last year. The busiest day of the month was Friday, 11 July 2025. 85,539 passengers made their way through BER on this day.
The number of aircraft movements in July was 17,155 take-offs and landings, a decrease of 0.9 per cent when compared to the same period last year. During the same period, the volume of air freight grew significantly by 18.6%, to 4,844 tonnes in July 2025.
On the first holiday weekend – from Wednesday 23 July to Sunday 27 July – 394,212 passengers used BER. The number of aircraft movements during this period totalled 2,728 take-offs and landings.
