Eurowings – NUEw destinations for 2024

Eurowings has started the new year with good news: Germany's popular leisure airline is significantly expanding its tourist offering and the NUE team is pleased to announce three new destinations from Nuremberg in summer 2024.

Rome-Fiumicino will be included in the summer flight schedule again after a long break and will be served twice a week (Wednesday and Sunday) from 15 May. Eurowings will also be offering flights to Nice on Mondays and Fridays for the first time (from 17 May). In addition, Bastia will be included in the summer program once a week (Saturday) from 29 June.

The originally planned flights to Preveza will be replaced by two weekly flights to Kos on Wednesday and Saturday. The Eurowings summer flight schedule includes an attractive program for Spain and Greece: in addition to Kos, Crete and Rhodes as well as up to 14 weekly flights to Mallorca will also be offered.

Thanks to the optimized deployment of the aircraft stationed in Nuremberg, Eurowings will offer around 50,000 additional seats this summer and thus significantly expand its market share at Albrecht Dürer Airport.

Nevertheless, there is still room for expansion in Nuremberg and  the route development team is continuously working on identifying blue ocean opportunities for airlines.
