Event Transfers
Transfers will be available for Routes Asia delegates between Official Hotels, the event venue and networking events. View the timings, transfer routes and plan your event experience.
Official Hotels Drop Off/Pick Up Routes
As many of our Official Hotels are close to each other, the event transfers will run specific routes that group hotels together.
The transfers will arrive at the advertised time at the first hotel on the route, pick up delegates and then proceed to the next hotel. Volunteers will be on hand at dedicated desks in the hotel lobby to answer any specific questions you may have.

Airport Transfers
Transfers between Official Hotels, the event venue and Langkawi International Airport (LGK) are also available to all Routes Asia delegates.
Taxi Services
Langkawi International Airport (LGK), which processes millions of passengers annually, is both safe and reliable. There have been reports of dubious taxi companies outside LGK however reputable taxis can be prebooked or sought from official vendors inside the airport.

Please note that a number of taxis might be cash only. There is an exchange bureau at Langkawi Airport open 9am - 9pm, which can convert a number of currencies including GBP, EUR, USD, SGD, THB and AUS. Cash machines are also not readily available and mainly only in the larger hotels and banks.
