Airport Transfers
Airport transfers will be provided for Routes Americas delegates to and from Official Hotels.
Please note the form for submitting flight and hotel details is now closed. Anyone who has not provided flight details will be offered a place on a transfer if there is a space available. Transfers are only provided for registered delegates and are not available for plus ones. Taxis are readily available outside our Official Hotels.
Return Transfer Schedule
It is advised to leave approximately three hours before your flight time to allow enough time for transfer and check-in. Those that have submitted their travel details have been allocated to a transfer three hours prior to their flight departure. If you did not submit your travel details, space on a transfer will be subject to availability.
The transfers will pick you up from your hotel lobby at the Official Hotels. In line with departure information provided by delegates and based on current flight schedules, the following transfer services will run to the airport.

Please note that most taxi drivers will only take cash. The USD is on par with the Bahamian dollar and all taxi drivers will accept USD.
Taxi rates are based on 2 passengers. Each additional passenger is US$4.00. There is an additional fee of US$2.00 for each additional piece of luggage beyond two pieces (one suitcase and one carry on per person). Oversized bags, golf bags and boxes are subject to an additional US$3.00 fee. Children under 3 years of age are free.
