Airport Transfers

Departure Information

The departure route will start at Rimini Marina Centro and will stop at the hotels listed below in this exact order.
Please be at your assigned pick-up point at least 5 minutes early. These are public bus stops, and the transfers must depart on time. 

Pick-up order:

  1. Grand Hotel & Residenza Parco Fellini
  2. Hotel Polo, Mercure Rimini Lungomare, Hotel Ambasciatori, Hotel Sporting & Waldorf Suite Hotel
  3. Savoia Hotel, National Hotel & Mercure Rimini Artis Hotel
  4. Litoraneo Suite Hotel

Transfers to Bologna Airport 

If you are travelling to Bologna Airport, please take a transfer that departs at least 4 hours before your flight time.

Transfers to Rimini Airport

According to advice from our hosts, Rimini and San Marino International Airport is a compact and efficient airport, where passengers generally require around 90 minutes prior to departure to complete check‑in and security procedures.

Official event transfers are planned with an estimated 30‑minute journey time to the airport. While every effort has been made to align transfers with recommended timings, delegates should always follow their airline’s individual guidance and make personal allowances as needed.
