We are aware that a number of delegates will bring luggage to the venue on Wednesday morning. Please be assured that there will be adequate space on transfers and a cloakroom facility will be available at the venue.

We will be running a combination of buses and the tourist trains from all Official Hotels. If you have large luggage please take the bus transfer to the venue. As we anticipate these transfers will be busy, please allow extra time for your journey in the morning.
