Getting to Rimini

Rimini offers a range of convenient travel options that make getting to the city easy and efficient for Routes Europe 2026 delegates. 

Discounted Train Services

High-speed services are available to major Italian cities such as Bologna, Milano and Rome. Thanks to the ongoing partnership between Italian Exhibition Group and Trenitalia, Routes Europe 2026 delegates can travel to and from Rimini at discounted rates — up to 75% off the base fare!

To take advantage of this offer, tickets must be purchased via the Trenitalia App, at ticket offices, at authorised travel agencies, or on trenitalia.com, by 11:59 PM on the fifth day before the train’s departure. Onboard, travelers must present both their ticket and the downloadable form.

From Bologna to Rimini

Please note: Official Routes Europe 2026 transfers will run from Bologna Airport to Official Hotels.

Bologna to Rimini Train Service

Delegates travelling to Rimini via Bologna Centrale station can enjoy a smooth journey with up to 24 trains running every day (approximately every 30 minutes) from 6:34 am to 11:39 pm. 

  • Getting to Bologna Marconi train station: Take the Marconi Express train from Bologna Airport. This is clearly signposted and accessible by tap on/tap off card payment.
  • Access a high-speed train to Rimini: Average 53 minutes journey time
  • Price: From approximately €11. Booking in advance is recommended, especially during peak tourist season

Bologna Airport to Rimini Shuttle Discount 

Routes Europe 2026 delegates can enjoy a 10% discount on one-way tickets between Bologna Airport and Rimini Station. We will share the discount code with delegates once received. 

From Milano to Rimini

Travelling into Milan Malpensa Aiprort:

  • Take the Malpensa Express train to Milano Centrale railway station
  • Access a direct service to Rimini (2 hour journey)

Travelling into Milan Linate Airport:

  • Take the Linate shuttle bus to Milano Centrale railway station
  • Access a direct service to Rimini (2 hour journey)

From Rome to Rimini

If you are travelling into Roma Fiumicino Airport, you can access high speed trains from Roma Termini railway station:

  • Take the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini railway station
  • Access a train service to Bologna (2 hour journey)
  • Change service from Bologna direct to Rimini (2 hour journey)
