SAS Group has unveiled “Strategy 2011” today during a conference.
The SAS Group will be focusing its stronghold in Northern Europe, focusing and keep operation on SAS Denmark, SAS Norge, SAS Sverige, SAS International, Wideroe, Blue1. It’ll also seek majority stake in airBaltic, and Estonian Air.
SAS will sell its share holding in Spanair, bmi and airgreenland, which are non-core business in airline sector.
The new strategy plan focuses on – Cultural Turnaround, Focusing (on airline operation), Concentrating (air travel in Northern Europe), Harmonizing (a unified brand), and competitive.
