Dragonair strengthens China service

Dragonair today has announced it’ll strengthen its service to China by increasing frequencies.

Effective 01AUG07, Hong Kong-Chongqing and Hong Kong-Xian will be increased to daily. Hong Kong-Fuzhou will become double daily.

New service to Busan in Korea, launched in January 2007, will be increased to daily from 3 weekly from 01JUL07.

The airline meanwhile also announced 30 charter flights between 15JUL07 and 26AUG07, meeting the demand for summer peak travel. For Japanese market, there will be 10 charter flights to Sendai, 7 to Kitakyushu, 3 to Miyazaki, 3 to Kagoshima, and 2 to Oita. It’ll also operates 5 charter flights to Langkawi in Malaysia.
