EVA Air moves forward 747 retirement to Aug 2017

EVA Air in last week’s schedule update adjusted its last Boeing 747-400 operation, which will be accelerated by 2 months. Previously scheduled on 28OCT17, the airline’s last overall 747 service is tentatively scheduled on 20AUG17, Shanghai to Taipei. As usual additional changes remain highly possible.

Planned 747-400 operation in S17 as of 30JAN17 as follow. Effective date listed below is based on Taipei departure.

26MAR17 – 20AUG17 2 daily  (Last overall 747 service tentatively scheduled as BR721 on 20AUG17)
