Philippine Airlines in winter 2017/18 season is adjusting operational frequencies on various markets to/from Cebu, in the 4th quarter of 2017. Affected routes listed below are mostly operated by PAL Express.

Cebu – Bacolod eff 01DEC17 Service returns to 14 weekly level, instead of current 11
Cebu – Butuan eff 01DEC17 Service returns to 14 weekly level, instead of current 11
Cebu – Busuanga eff 01OV17 Increase from 1 to 2 daily
Cebu – Cagayan eff 01NOV17 Increase from 2 to 3 daily
Cebu – Caticlan eff 01DEC17 Increase from 1 to 2 daily
Cebu – General Santos eff 02DEC17 Increase from 4 to 7 weekly
Cebu- Ilo Ilo eff 01DEC17 Service returns to 14 weekly level, instead of current 11
Cebu – Puerto Princesa eff 02DEC17 Increase from 4 to 7 weekly
Cebu – Tacloban eff 01DEC17 Service returns to 14 weekly level, instead of current 11

Other domestic service changes:
Cebu – Clark eff 15DEC17 PAL Express replaces PAL Mainline. Service returns to 7 weekly level, instead of 5
Cebu – Tagbilaran 1 daily service scheduled until 15DEC17
Clark – Davao eff 01DEC17 Service returns to 4 weekly level, instead of current 3
