Air Senegal yesterday (01OCT19) published operational schedule for its expanded network in Europe, as the airline is due to receive its 2nd Airbus A330-900neo aircraft. Based on schedule listing, the airline intends to commence Dakar – Marseille – Barcelona – Dakar route on 09DEC19, 4 times weekly. Reservation is expected to open in the coming days.

The new service is part of the airline’s transition from point-to-point to hub & spoke network, enabling connection in both directions to following destinations with under 2-hr connection via Dakar: Abidjan, Bamako, Banjul, Conakry and Ouagadougou.
Previously highlighted on Airlineroute, the airline is re-timing Dakar – Paris CDG service, which sees same aircraft service for Paris CDG – Dakar – Abidjan routing. Full schedule including other changes can be found here, published on 10SEP19.
