Bamboo Airways begins Boeing 787 service in January 2020

Bamboo Airways last week launched Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner service, initially operating Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City service. Since 01JAN20, the 294-seater 787-9 (C26W21Y247) operates this route on 3 of 14 daily flights.

The airline plans to increase 787-9 service to 5 daily by mid-January 2020 (no date specified in the press release), as well as adding Dreamliner aircraft on Hanoi – Phu Quoc route (1 of 2-3 daily flights).
