Routes Europe Hosts Tours for Delegates

This year's Routes Europe, being held in Toulouse, France, from 9 - 11 May will be host to a
number of tours for all registered delegates, but places must be booked fast!
Over the course of three days, there will be a variety of complimentary and paid for tours on
offer to give delegates the opportunity to explore the region by visiting the historical and
cultural sites of Toulouse and tasting the local wine and gastronomic delights.
The Saturday, 8th May, will see delegates being taken on a free tour of Toulouse's Grand
Monuments - taking in Saint-Sernin basilica, the Capitole (city hall) and ceremonial rooms
and the Church of the Jacobins - and a Wine making trip in the Fronton Area. Sunday will see
registered delegates being taken on an exclusive, sold-out VIP Airbus and ATR Tour or a
sightseeing run to be shown the 'City in Lights', where the sights are lit using creative
lighting to showcase the Garonne, the city's gardens and historic buildings.
The final day of the tours, Wednesday 12th May, includes a trip to Toulouse's monuments, a
complimentary trip to the Pastel Saga - 'Toulouse's Golden Age' - to explore Renaissance
Toulouse, and full-day tours of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Moissac and Cahors and a
further trip to Albi: Lautrec Painter's city and Cordes sur Ciel.
