About The Group

Airport Corporation of Viet Nam - JSC (ACV) is a joint stock company operating in a form of parent-subsidiaries enterprise with 95.4% state owned shares. On February 28, 2025, ACV was transferred the rights and responsibilities of the State capital ownership representative from the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises to the Ministry of Finance.
Airports Corporation of Vietnam is operating under parent company – subsidiaries model, managing 21 airports nationwide: 
  - 9 are international airports (included Long Thanh): Noi Bai, Cat Bi, Phu Bai, Da Nang, Cam Ranh, Lien Khuong, Tan Son Nhat, Can Tho 
  - 12 are domestic airports: Dien Bien, Tho Xuan, Vinh, Dong Hoi, Chu Lai, Tuy Hoa, Phu Cat, Pleiku, Buon Me Thuot, Rach Gia, Ca Mau, Con Dao
ACV also provides capital contributions to its subsidiaries, joint-venture companies, and affiliated companies:
