Khanh Hoa breaks through the summer 2026 tourism season: A multi-colored event series and a solid infrastructure launchpad

In just the first 5 months of 2026, the province welcomed 9.2 million visitors (up 52.93% year-on-year), of which international arrivals exceeded 3.8 million (up 65.99%), generating 33,893 billion VND in tourism revenue. These speaking numbers serve as a solid premise for the province to target 18.8 million visitors and 77,000 billion VND in revenue for 2026. June: Cham cultural heritage space and sports spirit Kicking off the summer events, the 6th Cham Ethnic Culture Festival will gather around 700 artisans and performers at the 16/4 Square from June 26 to 28. Visitors will be immersed in a deeply authentic heritage space featuring festival excerpts, handicraft demonstrations, and folk sports competitions. Concurrently, Nha Trang Bay will transform into a vibrant "blue race track" for the Sea Star Nha Trang Bay International Swimming Tournament 2026 (June 27-28), attracting 1,500 athletes from numerous countries.
July: Vibrant "Colors of the Ocean" with Sea Festival 2026 The focal point of July is the Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026 under the theme "Colors of the Ocean - Reaching international heights." A series of spectacular activities will continuously unfold, from the Opening Ceremony (July 17), Street Carnival, Supermodel and Mister Vietnam Finals (July 18), to the closing International Concert (July 19). Echoing the festival, dozens of cultural events, food fairs, golf tournaments, and sailing races will fill the schedule, turning the coastal city into an endless day-and-night entertainment hub.
August: Miss World beauty rendezvous and breaking limits with the Marathon Khanh Hoa's appeal will peak in August as it hosts the 73rd Miss World pageant. Hundreds of global beauties will converge to participate in crucial segments such as the Talent Audition, Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest, and Head to Head Challenge, significantly contributing to promoting the local image worldwide. In parallel, the VnExpress Marathon Nha Trang 2026, taking place on August 9, is expected to attract 12,000 athletes, creating inspiring strides along the breathtaking coastal route.
