Green agritourism experience: A rustic piece enriching the Khanh Hoa tourism picture
Beyond the allure of crystal-clear beaches and luxurious resorts, Khanh Hoa tourism is constantly refreshing itself with eco-friendly rural experiences. Accompanying this multifaceted growth, Cam Ranh International Terminal (CRTC) continues to serve as a solid gateway, bringing global travelers to meaningful journeys of exploring nature and local culture.
Catching the trend of returning to nature and recognizing the local shortage of agricultural experiences for students and families, the Nong Trai Vui Agritourism Cooperative in Dien Lam commune has pioneered a unique rural tourism space. Managed and operated by dedicated women, this model was launched in 2023 with the aspiration of providing an organic ecological environment where visitors can escape the hustle and bustle of city life to truly immerse themselves in authentic and relatable rural activities.

Spanning a vast area of 15,000 square meters, this green space is systematically planned into various zones, from camping and life skills games to farming and animal husbandry. Organic orchards growing coconuts, mangoes, and watermelons not only create a cool landscape but also supply safe, farm-to-table food. The farm's appeal stems from its diverse hands-on activities flexibly designed for various visitor groups, such as basket boat rowing, wading in the mud to catch fish, baking, and team-building exercises. Reflecting on this model, many visitors have shared their enthusiasm as their urban-dwelling children get to directly participate in agricultural labor. These activities bring not only joy but also help the younger generation better understand the value of hard work, appreciate food, and create an ideal space for families to bond.
Going beyond just a recreational destination, this agritourism model brings practical value to the local economy. Creating stable jobs with good incomes for rural workers, combined with neighboring cooperatives to display and promote agricultural and OCOP (One Commune One Product) items, has helped build a sustainable supply chain. This development orientation towards diversifying tourism products is currently receiving strong support and backing from local cooperative alliances and women's unions through capacity-building training programs, preferential loan support, and trade promotion, aiming to form a long-term, sustainable ecotourism ecosystem.

The diversification in service types—from high-end island resorts to rural ecotourism—is opening up great opportunities for Khanh Hoa to attract and extend the stay of international tourists. To realize that potential, the aviation infrastructure system acts as the prerequisite bridge. With optimized operational processes, modern spaces, and international-standard services, Cam Ranh International Terminal (CRTC) is always ready to welcome the wave of tourists. This is the perfect first touchpoint, inspiring travelers to begin their journey of discovering every beautiful, rustic, and vibrant piece of the coastal land.
