Dublin Airport Welcomes New Direct Larnaca Service

A new direct service between Dublin and Larnaca has been launched by Cyprus-based airline Cobalt.

The new seasonal route will depart Dublin twice weekly, and will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

“We are delighted to work with Cobalt to provide a direct service to Larnaca for the summer season, offering further choice and flexibility for passengers,” said Dublin Airport Managing Director, Vincent Harrison.

“Cyprus is a very popular destination for Irish holidaymakers, attracting more than 70,000 Irish tourists annually. We’re very confident that there will be strong demand for this new route” he added.

Dublin Airport has had charter services to Cyprus in the past, but this will be its first direct scheduled service to the island.

Cobalt’s new Dublin-Larnaca route is Dublin Airport’s seventeenth new service this year.
