About The Airport

Vilnius Airport, located just 6 kilometers from the capital’s center, serves as the country’s largest and busiest airport in Lithuania. As the primary gateway to Lithuania, now it offers the newest departures terminal in Europe and the largest in the Baltic states  with a capacity of 2400 Pax/hour.

2025 was a landmark year for Vilnius Airport: passenger traffic exceeded 5 million, representing 6% growth compared with 2024. The momentum reflects more than a recovery from pre-pandemic levels – it demonstrates sustained market growth, supported by a 7% increase in seat capacity, a 2% increase in flight capacity and load factors consistently exceeding 80%

The positive trend has continued into 2026, with every month in the first half of the year setting a new passenger record for Vilnius Airport. During the first six months, VNO welcomed approximately 2.59 million passengers, representing around 10% growth compared with the same period in 2025.
