Health and Safety

 ​ We remain in regular contact with our partners and stakeholders in Denver to ensure that TakeOff North America maintains the highest levels of safety and hygiene. While tighter COVID-19 restrictions are being considered in the state of Colorado, it is not expected that any further measures will be introduced before the event takes place. We will, however, continue to monitor the situation carefully to ensure your safety and comfort at TakeOff North America. As always, we would like to thank you for your patience, support and understanding during this unprecedented time.

TakeOff North America will be organised to the highest levels of safety and hygiene, with health and wellbeing of our clients remaining our main priority.

In order to ensure we maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all attending delegates, the following safety measures have been agreed:

6ft distance to be maintained between all attending delegates, staff and support persons
Face masks to be worn at all times, both in- and outdoors
​ Temperature checks will be carried out for all delegates on arrival at Registration.
​ Sanitising stations will be available throughout the venue 
​ No more than 100 attendees per room at any one time
​ All conference sessions to be booked in advance via your meeting diary to help manage numbers
​ Lunch times will be staggered and grab bags will be available for both breakfast and lunch

Meetings at TakeOff North America

We have made some small changes to the event programme and meetings format to help ensure your safety during your one-to-one meetings at TakeOff North America

​ Airlines will be based at tables throughout nine seperate meetings rooms, allowing us to reduce the number of people per room and create a private yet comfortable setting in which to conduct your business conversations.
​ Table sizes have been increased to help maintain a safe 6ft distance between delegates. 
​ Each room will have a sanitising station with hand sanitiser and surface cleaning wipes, which we politely request are used on tables between each session. Cleaning will also be carried out during the official breaks by the hotel staff.
