Please be aware that airport transfers will run between Aarhus Airport, our hosts, and Official Hotels. We kindly advise that if you have opted to fly into an alternative airport, transport arrangements to your hotel will be your responsibility.

Transfers will commence again on Thursday 25 April from the designated points in the city outlined in the map above. Inline with departure information we have received, the transfers will run from around 4:30am until after lunchtime.

Our hosts have also organised a 20% discount on all retail purchases in the duty free shop both for arriving and departing Routes delegates. When making a purchase, please show either your Routes Europe entry badge or the logged-in homepage of the Routes app on your device at the payment desk. This discount is applicable during 19-26 April whether flying international or domestic.
