Finnair W18 European service expansions

Finnair yesterday announced European service expansion for winter 2018/19 season, including the addition of Helsinki – Lyon route, from 11DEC18. The oneWorld member will operate this route twice a week, with Nordic Regional Airlines Embraer E190 aircraft.

The airline also announced planned service increase, including the conversion from summer-only to year-round. Following routes include those announced by the airline in November 2017, but not covered on Airlineroute.
Helsinki – Edinburgh 3 weekly Embraer E190
Helsinki – Gazipasa 1 weekly A320
Helsinki – Lisbon 3 weekly A320
Helsinki – Stuttgart 1 daily Embraer E190

Planned frequency increase:
Helsinki – Funchal Increase from 1 to 2 weekly
Helsinki – Gran Canaria Increase from 5 to 7 weekly
Helsinki – Malaga Increase from 6 to 7 weekly
Helsinki – Riga Increase from 18 to 19 weekly
Helsinki – Rome Increase from 9 to 11 weekly
Helsinki – Tenerife South Increase from 5 to 6 weekly
Helsinki – Vilnius Increase from 18 to 19 weekly
