Norwegian W19 Short-haul network changes as of 06SEP19

Norwegian in the last few weeks filed service changes for Short-Haul routes, including both Norwegian Air International (D8) and Norwegian Air Shuttle (DY). Various routes is being discontinued, or not returning in winter season, based on comparison between winter 2019 and winter 2018 season.
