Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD is the German-Bulgarian concessionaire of Burgas Airport and Varna Airport, operating and developing both airports under a 35-year concession granted by the Bulgarian State, further extended by 5 additional years, until 2046.
Our focus is on delivering a safe, reliable and seamless airport experience while continuously investing in the future of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Recent investments include the development of our Gate Garden concepts at both airports, creating open-air green spaces and enhancing the passenger experience. At Burgas Airport, we also invested EUR 60 million in the full rehabilitation of the runway, strengthening the airport's infrastructure and long-term operational reliability.
With an existing capacity and infrastructure to welcome more than 5 million passengers a year Burgas and Varna Airports work 24/7, 365 days a year.
