“Ouzofest” at the Athens airport!

Οn July 10, our airport “was connected” with the island of Lesvos in a very special way!
The day was dedicated to the unique beauty of the island of Lesvos, its music and products, and most of all to the famous “Ouzo”!
In Lesvos, Ouzo represents a special “ life philosophy”: Good company, good life and fine gastronomy!
AIA, in the frame of the effort to further support the island, organized a mini “ouzofest”, promoting the traditional Lesvos Ouzofest (July 14-15-22), and offering an aroma of the Aegean to passengers and visitors!
Rich buffet was offered with local products and gifts, traditional music and dance, while, as of Saturday, July 1st, special 15% discount for all purchases of the local “Ouzo” product is offered by the Duty Free shops, combined with special promotion of local products
Last but not least: Aegean, Astra Airlines and Volotea, our airline partners operating the specific route, offered 6 double return-tickets, for those lucky ones to live first hand the true Lesvos experience!
