Up to September 2023, Passenger traffic at Athens International Airport surpassed 2019 levels by 8.56% delivering over 1.7 million additional passengers. Athens network of destinations and airlines has returned to pre-pandemic levels with further developments to come in the Winter 2023/2024 and Summer 2024 seasons.

 

Athens main home based airlines are growing at new highs, resulting to  the enhancement of the Athens hubbing potential.
