2016: A record year!
Madeira Airport reached 2.6 million pax in 2016, a record of all times!
2016 was a record year to ANA airports and Madeira airport was not an exception.
For the first time in its history, Madeira processed over 2,6 million passengers. This represented an overall increase of 5,9% when compared to the 2015.
Lisbon and Porto airport are to congratulate too, having reached the round 20 million passengers while Porto airport exceeded 8 million passengers.
Ponta Delgada recorded an amazing increase of 29,5%. Faro Airport grew by 4,4%.
