Health and Safety

In order to ensure we maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all delegates, Routes Americas will be organised to the highest levels of safety and hygiene.

Face coverings

Face masks are mandatory for all delegates that have not yet been vaccinated against COVID-19. Please ensure you adhere to this rule whilst inside the event venue. Vaccinated delegates may choose not to wear a face covering, however, we encourage all attendees to remain cautious, adhering to social distancing and enhanced hygeine processes at all times.  

Omni Safe & Clean

In line with local mandates and the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Omni Orlando Hotel & Resort has introduced the Omni Clean & Safe initiative, implementing additional process and procedures to ensure your health, safety and comfort during your stay for Routes Americas 2021.

Informa AllSecure

In addition to official local authority and venue-specific guidance, Routes Americas 2021 will be organised in accordance with Informa AllSecure's health and safety standards. Informa AllSecure is a detailed set of enhanced measures which follow ten priority commitments, raising the bar on safe, hygienic, productive and high-quality organised event experiences.
