EGYPTAIR moves forward 787-9 launch to late-March 2019

EGYPTAIR this week continues to file planned Boeing 787-9 service, including further changes to its filed service entry date. The 787-9 is now set to operate Kuwait City service on 31MAR19, followed by various routes. As of 31JAN19, planned 787-9 service includes the following.

Cairo – Bangkok – Hong Kong 01JUL19 – 30AUG19 787-9 replaces A330-300, 3 weekly
Cairo – Beijing 02JUL19 – 29SEP19 787-9 replaces 777-300ER, 3 weekly
Cairo – Dubai eff 01MAY19 787-9 service now moved forward to 01MAY19, instead of 30MAY19
01MAY19 – 29MAY19 6 weekly
30MAY19 – 30JUN19 8 weekly
01JUL19 – 31JUL19 3 weekly
01AUG19 – 10SEP19 11 weekly
11SEP19 – 30SEP19 12 weekly

Cairo – Frankfurt eff 02MAY19 Day x23 operated by 787-9, replacing A330-300 (Day 23 remains unchanged with 737-800)
