Airport Corporation of Viet Nam - JSC (ACV) is a joint stock company operating in a form of parent-subsidiaries enterprise with 95.4% state owned shares. On February 28, 2025, ACV was transferred the rights and responsibilities of the State capital ownership representative from the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises to the Ministry of Finance.
