A very important international distinction for our airport, for Customer Satisfaction: In the framework of ACI World’s globally established ASQ awards, recognizing best airports in the world for Customer Experience, AIA was awarded with top place in Europe in the category 15-25 million passengers!:)

Although the Athens airport always ranked high in passengers' appreciation, this top position shows that travellers recognised and praised AIA's ongoing total revamp programme, that has responded to the latest trends in the travelling process and experience, offering passengers redesigned areas, enhanced comfort, and plenty of options!
