Great news for Athens! 1st place in the 25-40 category for Customer Experience / ASQ awards – ACI World & Amadeus

Once again, as voted by passengers, the Athens airport went to the top of the very competitive 25-40 million pax category in the framework of the world-established ACI-ASQ awards.

This is really great news for us: Since the airport’s opening, we measure customer satisfaction systematically and have always scored very high among our European counterparts. However, the 2022 - 1st place award is a very important distinction on behalf of our passengers, as it rewards our investments, innovation programmes, and efforts during a very difficult recovery year!
