Award winning Portuguese chefs showcase a Taste of Portugal at Obsession
One of the most prestigious gastronomic festivals in the world decicates a night to Portugal
Portugual Michelin star chefs José Avillez (Belcanto), Miguel Laffan (L'AND), Vítor Matos (Casa da Calçada), Dieter Koschina and Matteo Ferrantino (Vila Joya) will all be together at the hotel Northcote, Lancashire, to prepare a special dinner under the theme "A Taste Of Portugal".
Five chefs, eight Michelin stars, all in one night (30th January) of an event that receives a total of 27 chefs from around the world, representing as many Michelin stars. This distinction of Portuguese cuisine is due to the initiative of Tourism of Portugal, and on the previous evening (29th), will also promote a Portuguese "masterclass' . the evening comes as a recognition of the importance of food in promoting the country.
