Virtual airline meeting opportunities for delegates in Da Nang
Due to certain Chinese airlines being unable to travel to Da Nang to attend Routes Asia in person, we will be facilitating online meeting opportunities with these carriers in the event venue exclusively for in-person airport, tourism and supplier attendees.
How will these meetings work for airport, tourism and supplier delegates attending the event in person?
The traditional meeting request system can be used to request meetings with Chinese airlines that will be participating in online meetings.
Once confirmed, these meetings will be scheduled alongside your in-person meetings within your final meetings schedule for the event. There will be dedicated meeting tables in the event venue providing laptops for you to join meetings with Chinese airlines based online.
How will these meetings work for airlines based online?
Online meetings with Chinese carriers will be powered by a sophisticated, user-friendly platform. Each airline will have a profile on the Routes digital platform and will be allocated a dedicated meeting table at the event with a laptop provided for in-person airport, tourism and supplier attendees to join the meeting from the event venue.
Each airline based online will be given a meetings diary and will need to join each meeting within the platform at the allocated time. Airlines participating in online meetings will also be able to watch recordings of the conference content as well as view digital event collateral such as the Routes daily event magazines.
