To help you promote your participation at Routes World, we have developed this Exhibitor Marketing Toolkit. The materials found in the toolkit will help you to maximise your presence and promote your participation to your customers and prospects both before and during the event.
Visit Me is all about maximising your ROI and driving footfall to your exhibition stand with the help of the Routes marketing team. Complete our quick and simple form, and include any prizes, entertainment, gifts, food, beverages and everything in-between that will be taking place on your stand. The more information you provide the better we can promote your activities!
Available three weeks ahead of Routes World, the Routes app enables delegates to view the full event programme, make new connections and share experiences. All exhibitors are entitled to a complimentary listing and participating 'Visit Me' exhibitors will have a special section, describing your stand activities. Ensure that your team joins the conversation! All exhibitors are entitled to a complimentary 150-word profile with an accompanying logo.
Announce your participation and promote your Routes World stand presence on your profiles across LinkedIn. Make sure to call out the exciting activities taking place on your stand, as well as the stand number, to direct and draw delegates in. Join the Routes World conversation on LinkedIn by using your Routes Exhibitor graphic, sent to you by our marketing team, and the hashtag #RoutesWorld.
