How to schedule meetings at Routes World
Airport and destination meeting delegates
The meeting request system for Routes World 2022 will be available from 1 August for airline, airport, tourism authority and economic development organisation delegates with an allocation of pre-scheduled meetings.
Supplier meeting delegates
The meeting request system for supplier delegates attending Routes World 2022 will open on Tuesday 11 October. A direct link will be made available on this page where you will be able to enter your PRC (Personal Registration Code) to start requesting meetings.
Viewing your diary and requesting additional meetings
All meeting delegates will be able to view their meeting diary and request additional meetings from Tuesday 11 October. A direct link to access your diary will be made available on this page.
Hosted Networking Stand and Chalet Meetings
Hosted Networking Stand and Chalet exhibitors will be able to request 50 minute strategic meetings at Routes World 2022 that will take place on your stand or chalet, allowing more time with your key targets at the event.
