Madeira welcomes Vueling
Vueling starts flying to Madeira from Barcelona, with two weekly frequencies this Summer 15.
The low cost airline Vueling is the second IAG group airline starting new operations to Madeira Airport, following British Airways that landed in Madeira in May and Iberia that will start flying later in July, in this Summer 2015.
This operation represents over 5k seats from the Spanish market to this Europe's Leading Island Destination - Madeira Island.
Flights are operated twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays up to the end of the IATA season.
Madeira Airports prepared a special reception to welcome the passengers arriving at the first flight, this Saturday.
