Hotel & Transfer Information
We always recommend you stay in one of our preferred hotels when you attend any of our Routes events. By booking one of our Official Hotels, not only will you enjoy discounted rates, but you’ll also find dedicated information desks where you can get advice and information on all the event details.
All of our Routes Europe 2019 Official Hotels include a bus transfer to the Hannover Congress Centrum within a short walk of their hotel on all event days. Delegates will also have the opportunity to travel by train, if preferred.
Airport transfers will also be provided from Saturday morning until Monday noon. However, due to the HAJ Hannover Marathon taking place on Sunday 7 April, only the following hotels will include an airport transfer on this day:
- Congress Hotel Am Stadtpark
- Courtyard by Marriot Hannover Maschsee
- Novotel Hannover
- Mercure Hotel Hannover Mitte
- Mercure Hotel Hannover City (short walk from bus drop-off)
If you are staying in any of the other Official Hotels, please be aware that there are train stations located near all hotels, and a free travel pass for use on public transport will be available in your delegate welcome pack.
