Requesting Meetings
Register as a delegate with meetings and engage with your key targets in Bergen.
Register for Routes Europe 2021
Once your registration has been processed, you will be contacted by our dedicated registration team with your Personal Registration Code (PRC).
If you think you should have received your PRC and haven't, please contact Hannah Woolstencroft, Event Support Executive.
Scheduling opens: TBC
To access the meeting request site, log in to Routesonline and navigate to the home page. Enter your PRC where it says "Request your face-to-face meetings".
Update your profile on Routesonline to provide the information that your key targets need to develop new routes with you.

Request your face-to-face meetings
You will be able to amend your meeting requests at any time up until scheduling closes.
Receive your draft diary: TBC
Your draft diary will be available online and will highlight the meetings that have been secured for you at this time.
Airlines: Maximise the effectiveness of your meetings by updating your ‘airline requirements’ on your Routesonline profile. Outline the key information that organisations should be able to provide you with during your meetings at Routes Europe.

Scheduling will close and we will create your final diary ahead of Routes Europe.
Final diary available: TBC
You will be able to view your final diary online or through the Routes event app.
Collect your printed diary: TBC
You can collect a printed copy of your diary from the Diary Advice desk at Routes Europe.
Request further meetings on-site
You'll be able to access our On-site Meeting System via the Routes app and request any meetings not already secured.
