Event Transfers

Airport arrival and departure transfers will be available for delegates attending Routes Europe 2022 in Bergen. Transfers will also be provided for the Networking Evening.

Free public transportation passes will also be available to all delegates, details can be found at the bottom of this page.

Networking Evening Transfers

Routes Europe 2022 is a walkable event. There will be signs along the way from Hotel Norge to the Networking Evening venue USF Verftet. The USF Verftet building is a landmark in a historic character area, with distinctive features of topography and industry, just a 10-minute walk from the centre of town through Instagram-friendly narrow cobblestoned streets. Look for the old and very high chimney, visible from quite a distance.

There will be a walking group with local guide Mats, leaving Hotel Norge at 18:30 to the Networking Evening.

• There will also be a bus service to the Networking Evening, departing from Zander K and Ørnen at 18:20. 
• The shuttles from Hotel Norge, Scandic Byparken and Thon Bristol will depart from Festplassen and the bus stop in Christies gate (opposite of the restaurant Bien Centro) from 18.25. There will be a total of 6 buses going in shuttle.
  
  

Complimentary Public Transportation

Bergen Light rail transportation will be provided free of charge to Routes Europe delegates. Passes are available to collect from the host desk within the airport between 16 and 20 May.

Bergen Light rail (Bybanen) information:

Bergen Light rail takes you all the way from Bergen Airport Flesland to the center of Bergen. It takes about 45 minutes from the airport to Bergen city center. The Bergen Light rail is located downstairs of the terminal building.
