British Airways Sep 2018 London Heathrow long-haul adjustments

British Airways during the month of September 2018 is adjusting operations on selected long-haul routes, from London Heathrow. Planned changes include the following (effective dates based on LHR departure).

London Heathrow – Cairo 03SEP18 – 05SEP18 Service operated by Air Belgium A340, replacing 787-8/-9
London Heathrow – Lagos 16SEP18 – 19SEP18 777-200ER replaces 747-400
London Heathrow – Los Angeles 01SEP18 – 16SEP18 BA281/280 temporary cancelled, overall reduced from 3 to 2 daily
London Heathrow – Mumbai 01SEP18 – 14SEP18 BA139/138 temporary cancelled, overall reduced from 2 to 1 daily

Selected routes operated by Boeing 787 aircraft will see -8 replacing -9 and vice versa on selected dates.
